The cooperation between the Bekaa Water Establishment, the Ministry of Energy and Water, and the donors is the greatest incentive for the continuation of the work of the establishment, increasing its productivity, and improving its development. These donors are like a white hand extended permanently and continuously to provide the opportunity for the establishment to commit to its promises, continue its work, and develop its structure through continuous and uninterrupted work.
